Ordering and contractual formation

As soon as the “complete order” button is pressed, the customer makes a proposal to purchase the goods in his basket. Before “completing the order” the consumer is required to agree and accept the application of these General Terms.

The customer’s proposal is sent exclusively via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available in the online store: clubservice.gr.

The confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal, which is sent automatically immediately after the submission of the order, certifies that the customer’s order has been received by clubservice.gr. However, it does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer to purchase. Acceptance of the proposal for purchase will only take place after the statement of acceptance of the proposal, from clubservice.gr, which will be sent with a separate email confirming the order and confirming shipment or readiness for collection from the store. After

sending confirmation of order and confirmation of shipment or readiness for receipt from clubservice.gr, both the customer and clubservice.gr are committed to the purchase and sale respectively of the specific product at the specific purchase price.

You should in any case keep in mind that:
The listed prices of the various products displayed on the pages of the online store do not include the statutory VAT.

The various offers are valid while stocks last.
The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries that were made by mistake/mistake according to common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence.

If you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before placing an order, please contact us on 210 6038040 or by sending an e-mail to info@clubservice.gr
